Lobbyist Contact Register

The Department recognises the need for planning and development decisions to be made in an open and transparent manner. This Register lists contacts between our staff and registered lobbyists (those listed on the Department of Premier and Cabinet Lobbyist Register http://www.dpc.nsw.gov.au/prem/lobbyist_register) in relation to specific planning proposals and/or development matters. This Contact Register is kept in accordance with the Department’s Registered Lobbyist Contact Protocol which guides staff in these interactions.
