The NSW Department of Planning & Infrastructure is inviting public comment on an amendment to State Environmental Planning Policy (Infrastructure) 2007 to ensure the current provisions of the SEPP relating to educational establishment developments by non-Government proponents continue to apply after 20 February 2012. As such, educational establishments will remain permitted with consent on land in certain prescribed zones, whether the development application is by or on behalf of a public authority or non-Government proponent.
