Priority Precinct planning

Next year we will be calling on the community to provide further feedback on the four Priority Precincts within the Sydenham to Bankstown Urban Renewal Corridor:

The Priority Precincts were announced by the NSW Government as part of a housing affordability package on 1 June 2017.

Master planning for these precincts will start shortly and will:

  • build on the precinct plans developed as part of the Sydenham to Bankstown Urban Renewal Corridor Strategy
  • involve more detailed studies and community consultation
  • result in rezoning of the precincts.
