Online Assessment Tools
The online tools provide an efficient, consistent and transparent way for Councils and practitioners to evaluate and assess impacts and mitigation for the loss of low-rental accommodation under Part 3 of the SEPP.
Based on the experience of previous SEPP 10 assessments, only a minority of applications are more complex, requiring detailed documentation and assessment. In these cases, use of the assessment tools may not be appropriate, and the more traditional methods of documentation and assessment may be required at the discretion of Council.
