The Department of Planning assesses major projects that require the approval of the Minister for Planning. The assessment process for the following project is in accordance with the Part 3A of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979.

Description: Construction of two residential flat buildings varying in height between 4 and 7 storeys, containing 75 apartments, two levels of basement car parking for 108 vehicles, associated landscaping, and strata subdivision
