The Department of Planning assesses major projects that require the approval of the Minister for Planning. The assessment process for the following project is in accordance with the Part 3A of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979.
Project: Residential Subdivision, Bevian Road, Rosedale (MP 05_0199)
Proponent: Marsim trading as Nature Coast Developments Pty LtdDescription: Concept approval for a community title subdivision for residential development and ancillary commercial and community facilities, including six ecological lots, one community lot and thirteen neighbourhood precincts (which will yield a total of 792 residential lots)
