Register of major projects

The Department of Planning assesses major projects that require the approval of the Minister for Planning. The assessment process for the following project is in accordance with the Part 3A of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979.

Project: Mixed Use Development, Clyde Street, Batemans Bay (MP 06_0008)

Proponent: Workshop 1 Dunn + Hillam Architects
Description: Mixed use development over partly 4 and partly 5 levels, comprising a hotel/serviced apartment complex of 46 apartments/rooms, reception area and conference room; 10 permanent residential apartments; a shop, restaurant, and parking for 56 vehicles
