Register of major projects
The Department of Planning assesses major projects that require the approval of the Minister for Planning. The assessment process for the following project is in accordance with the Part 3A of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979.
Project: Redfern Community Health Centre (MP 07_0011)Proponent: Health Administration Corporation (NSW Health)
Description: Demolition of the former Redfern police station building, adaptive reuse of the former Redfern courthouse building and construction of a three-storey building with one level of basement car parking for the purposes of a community health centre
