This community guide explains important details about the major projects law - which came into full operation on August 1, 2005. The major projects law defines in one policy package the major projects that will be determined by the Minister for Planning and how those projects will be determined.

Metropolitan Strategy Update Report
The Sydney Metropolitan Strategy: Update Report [PDF] was released in June 2007. It outlines work undertaken since the release of City of cities: a plan for Sydney’s future in late-2006.
