NSW Department of Planning, Industry and Environment

As part of the Department’s commitment to creating a strong and vibrant NSW, we want to hear what your community values in your area. Communities have the opportunity to have their say, engage with the Department's staff, learn about our policies and what we're planning for your area and the wider state.

We are travelling around New South Wales to inform communities on specific local government area plans and state planning initiatives such as more open spaces and parklands, improving energy affordability, and increasing housing choice.

We also run training sessions for planning professionals to better navigate through the complexities of the planning system. For more information go to DPIE Connects - Webinar series for planning and environment professionals.

We want to hear from you so be sure to sign up to our newsletter for updates on when we will be attending or holding an event near you.
