The draft Camellia Town Centre Master Plan builds on community views expressed during the exhibition of the Camellia Land Use and Infrastructure Strategy in 2015–16.

In community meetings and through formal submissions, local landowners, businesses, residents of nearby suburbs and others voiced widespread support for the revitalisation of Camellia. Community concerns about safety and site remediation (noted in the Consultation Update below) have informed the development of the draft Plan.

The draft Camellia Town Centre Master Plan (below) now provides for a blueprint to deliver the Camellia Town Centre over the next 20 to 30 years.

This draft Plan sets out the future character of Camellia Town Centre as a hub of a new community, with good access to jobs, transport and services in the fast-growing Greater Parramatta Growth Area.
