Leppington Town Centre

The Investigation Boundary for Leppington Town Centre was initially guided by the 800m walking catchment to the station. Other local characteristics that helped define the revised boundary include:

  • Northern Boundary: This has been guided by the intersection of two creeks creating a natural boundary for the precinct.
  • Eastern Boundary: This has been guided by Cowpasture Road and Camden Valley Way.
  • Southern Boundary: This has been guided by Ingleburn Road and the 800m walking catchment.
  • Western Boundary: This has been guided by Kemps Creek which forms a logical physical boundary for the precinct.

The Department of Planning and Environment, in consultation with Camden and Liverpool City Councils, will now work with several specialist consultants to develop land use options for the future of Leppington Town Centre Precinct.
