How we work with our customers

The Planning Delivery Unit helps unblock planning projects stuck in the system.

We work with proponents, councils and NSW Government agencies to resolve issues so that decisions can be made more promptly.

The planning system can be difficult to navigate. The unit provides a central point of contact for investors, providing guidance on the NSW planning system.
