The proposed amendment seeks to amend the Cooks Cove SREP to permit ‘recreation facilities’ with consent, within the southern portion of the precinct currently zoned Special Uses.
The proposed amendment to the Cooks Cove SREP will enable development consent to be sought for recreational facilities (such as a golf course) on land zoned Special Uses and south of the M5 Motorway corridor.
