Official Caution issued to Fairidge Pty Ltd (DA 9279, Snowy-Monaro LGA)

On 7 February 2020, the Department issued an Official Caution to Fairidge Pty Ltd for commencing works, being the installation of external cladding, at Geebung Lodge, Perisher prior to obtaining a construction certificate. A Development Control Order was issued on 18 December 2019, to remove the cladding and Terms of the Order were complied with on 19 December 2019. A construction certificate has now been obtained.
