Development Control Order issued to FRV Services Australia Pty Limited

On 14 January 2026, the Department of Planning, Housing and Infrastructure (the Department) issued a Development Control Order to FRV Services Australia Pty Limited to develop and implement a plan to establish an effective vegetation buffer at the Metz Solar Farm to minimise views of the solar panels and ancillary infrastructure. The plan is required to be prepared by an independent specialist and be submitted to the Department for approval.
