Development Control Order issued to the Logos Properties Holdings Pty Ltd (Logos) (SSD-8606 as modified, Blacktown LGA)

On 25 March 2021, the Department issued a Development Control Order to Logos Properties Holdings Pty Ltd (Logos) to undertake additional attended noise monitoring to prepare a new Noise Validation Report for their Marsden Park warehouse development. Logos had previously submitted a Noise Validation Report to the Department based on inadequate noise monitoring, failing to take account of enhancing weather conditions and worst-case operational scenarios. Logos have since engaged a noise consultant and carried out the required noise monitoring.
