Official Caution issued to DT Infrastructure Pty Ltd

On 15 May 2026, the NSW Department of Planning, Housing and Infrastructure (the Department) issued an Official Caution to DT Infrastructure Pty Ltd (DTI) for failing to implement the approved Biodiversity Management Plan at the Goulburn River Solar Farm. During an inspection by Departmental officers, it was identified that works on site had encroached on several No-Go zones. These No-Go zones have biodiversity value and/or are within the biodiversity offset area and must not be disturbed. The Department will continue to monitor compliance at the development, including conducting unannounced inspections.
