Creating better spaces

The funding and delivery of infrastructure forms a key part of planning for local communities. Providing the correct infrastructure in the right place at the right time supports the continued delivery of new homes and jobs throughout New South Wales.

Accelerated Infrastructure Fund

The Accelerated Infrastructure Fund is providing $515 million to deliver infrastructure to enable housing and jobs in high growth areas of Greater Sydney.

Housing Acceleration Fund

A $1.29 billion fund reserved for the delivery of infrastructure that accelerates the delivery of new housing across NSW.

Low Cost Loans Initiative
