To complete a Section 4.55 modification development application:
Log into the NSW Planning Portal.
Create a new application by selecting ‘Development Application (New DA, Mod, Review)’ from the list of options and selecting ‘Create new’.
Complete the application form, selecting ‘Modification application’ as the application type.
