NSW cities to get greener and cooler with $10 million tree planting boost
The Minns Labor Government is delivering close to $10 million to plant around 24,000 trees which will green our streets and reduce the impacts of urban heating across Greater Sydney, the Illawarra-Shoalhaven, Hunter, and Central Coast.

Rhodes SIC
The proposed SIC for Rhodes could provide up to $74.8 million in funding towards road and open space improvements to support development in the area.
St Leonards and Crows Nest SIC
The SIC applies to new additional residential development and will help fund new and upgraded infrastructure to support the St Leonards and Crows Nest 2036 plan.
Warnervale Town Centre SIC
The NSW Government introduced a special infrastructure contribution (SIC) to help pay for new infrastructure in the Warnervale Town Centre.
Western Sydney Aerotropolis SIC
The Western Sydney Aerotropolis Special Infrastructure Contribution (SIC) provides for developer contributions of up to $1.1 billion to be collected from developers to deliver important State and regional infrastructure.
Wilton SIC
The Wilton SIC will provide $771 million in funding to support development in the area. This includes funding for roads and open space.
Illawarra Shoalhaven SIC
