Part of the North West Growth Area, the new community at Tallawong Station benefited from thousands of new homes close to jobs and transport options.

Marsden Park Industrial is a major economic foundation for the North West Growth Area, providing more homes and local jobs for the growing community.

West Schofields is a new precinct planned for Sydney’s North West Growth Area and approximately 5 km from Schofields town centre and 10 km from Blacktown CBD.

Led by the NSW Government, the rezoning of the Church Street North precinct supports the delivery of more housing in line with investment in the Parramatta Light Rail.
