The NSW State Design Review Panel (SDRP) includes a team of state government design champions and 9 Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander members with expertise in design and Aboriginal cultural heritage to promote opportunities to Design with Country.

Kerwin is an associate in the Transport and Infrastructure Group at Architectus and a casual academic at Western Sydney University. Kerwin has over 25 years of combined professional and academic experience as an architect, urban designer, and urban and economic geographer.

Beau is a Gamilaraay architect, educator, and researcher whose work bridges cultural knowledge, Country, and design. His practice and teaching centre on First Nations pedagogy, artefact making, and place-based processes that honour relational accountability.
Matt Devine

Matt is the director of MATT DEVINE & CO, a small architecture and heritage consultancy practice with a strong focus on community-building. He teaches in the University of Sydney's heritage conservation program and has a passion for creating great architecture while respecting existing character and heritage.

Tamara is studio director of ASPECT’s Sydney Studio and brings over 25 years of experience across architecture, urban design, and landscape architecture. She has a strong track record of leading and delivering large-scale, complex urban and strategic projects. Her work is guided by a deep interest in systems thinking, with a focus on balancing circular and restorative practices.

Andrew is director of design at NBRS, he is a registered architect and Fellow of the RAIA. With 40 years of experience, he is a recognised thought leader guiding design teams across diverse typologies, with a portfolio of award-winning projects.

Alan is a principal at Architectus with over 25 years of experience leading innovative and award-winning projects worldwide. Alan's research on biophilic design and education environments has been published internationally and continues to influence his work.

Penny is a founding partner of Silvester Fuller, specialising in concept development and delivery. She has contributed to the design collaboration of every project in the studio which span a broad range of project types and scales.

Libby is a landscape architect and principal of Gallagher Studio, a multi award-winning firm. She has delivered major projects across Australia and internationally, including master plans, parks, streetscapes, and urban squares.

Alex Georgouras is a registered landscape architect and founding director of Studio Georgouras. He works across design, policy and research focusing on retrofitting rather than rebuilding to create adaptive, inclusive and biodiverse urban spaces.

Jeremy is city architect and manager of Urban Strategy for the City of Ryde, leading the architectural, urban design and heritage functions. He has contributed to key strategic urban projects, and advocates for great design outcomes for the community.
Mark Gilder

Mark is a director of OCG, and an architect and urban strategist with over 20 years of international experience. His work spans public infrastructure, transport, residential, cultural and commercial projects, from strategic master planning through to industrial design.
Jack Gillmer

Jack is a proud Worimi and Biripi guri (Gathang language group) and Associate – First Nations Lead at SJB. He is an advocate for First Nations leadership and co-design in the urban fabric, and seeks to explore and dissect cultural paradigms in the built environment.
Philip Graus

Philip has extensive experience in architecture and urban design across Australia, the United States and the United Kingdom. He is the former director of residential design at Cox Architecture and his subsequent role at the Greater Sydney Commission focussed on the planning and urban design of the Western Parkland City and Aerotropolis precincts.

Jefa is a founding director of Greenaway Architects and a Design Institute of Australia ‘Hall of Fame’ inductee. With over 30 years of experience championing design equity and excellence, he serves as an Adjunct Industry Fellow at Swinburne University and is an Honorary Fellow of Design at Deakin University.

Diana is the urban design director at Studio GL and is passionate about creating high quality places. She has over 30 years’ experience on major transport infrastructure and station precincts, mixed-use developments, town-centre strategies, and greenfield and urban infill.
