The NSW State Design Review Panel (SDRP) includes a team of state government design champions and 9 Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander members with expertise in design and Aboriginal cultural heritage to promote opportunities to Design with Country.

Dijana is a director of Choi Studio and has over 25 years’ experience leading award-winning projects. Her experience includes master planning, urban design, residential, integrated infrastructure, commercial and education.

Peter Titmuss

Peter is a principal at BVN, one of Australia’s largest and most acclaimed architectural practices. He has worked at BVN for 20 years, leading teams on award-winning projects across a range of sectors including public, education, health, research and multi-residential housing.
Ksenia Totoeva

Ksenia is director of projects at Tonkin Zulaikha Greer and an award-winning architect who leads mixed-use, multi-residential, and urban design projects. She is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Architects and has served as National EmAGN President for the Royal Australian Institute of Architects.
Bill Tsakalos

Bill was appointed Blacktown City Council’s first City Architect in 2015 and runs a multi-discipline directorate of over 90 staff responsible for the design and delivery of council’s major projects. His public and private sector experience covers infrastructure, public buildings and spaces, commercial and residential projects.
Tanya Vincent
Design Champion
Tanya is part of the Place and Urban Design team at Transport NSW working across planning policy and projects. She is an urban designer with 25 years' experience in the greenfield development, housing, public domain and transport.
Ché Wall

Ché is a Director of Flux Consultants. He provides strategic and expert advice to governments and the private sector on the delivery of improved sustainability in the built environment, including climate change mitigation, passive design, and design for health and amenity.
Liz Westgarth

Liz is a principal and managing director of Hassell with global experience. She has led high-profile projects across workplace, education, residential and cultural sectors, and is an advocate for inclusion, regenerative design and innovation.

He brings a deep understanding of user-focused planning and actively promotes biophilic design principles across a diverse portfolio, including retail centres, mixed-use developments, and adaptive reuse projects.

Michael Zanardo

Michael is the director of Studio Zanardo and Associate Professor in Architecture and Housing at UNSW. His independent and collaborative architecture and urban design practice works at the intersection of policy and built form and specialises in the design of housing, particularly public and affordable housing.

Joshua is design director at CHROFI and the recipient of the Byera Hadley Travelling Scholarship. He has taught design at University of NSW and University of Technology Sydney and has experience leading complex mixed-use developments, impactful public projects, and strategic urban design.
