Penalty Notice issued to Veolia Environmental Services (Australia) Pty Ltd (MP06_0239) Goulburn Mulwaree LGA

On 20 September 2023, NSW Planning issued a Penalty Notice for $15,000 to Veolia Environmental Services (Australia) Pty Ltd for transporting leachate offsite via road between 1 November 2022 and 30 June 2023 and via rail between 20 October and 27 March 2023, in contravention of the consent. NSW Planning will continue to monitor compliance with conditions of consent.
