Annual reports

The Community consultative committee guideline – State significant projects (PDF, 393 KB) requires independent chairpersons to report annually on the activities of the committee and for these reports to be published on the department's website.

This requirement has been developed to:

• provide easily accessible information on the status of projects
• detail how the proponent has considered and acted on community feedback
• outline issues and activities the committee has previously discussed
• inform the community of the emerging issues the committee will focus on over the coming year
• provide an extra opportunity for all community members to make recommendations and suggestions to the committee.
