Planning for and around the Aerotropolis involves a number of statutory plans and strategic policies.
The Western Sydney Planning Partnership (Planning Partnership) is responsible for delivering the final Western Sydney Aerotropolis Planning Package and precinct plans for the initial precincts, which provide the state level policies that will guide the development of the Aerotropolis.
The Western Sydney Aerotropolis Planning Package was finalised on 13 September 2020. The final planning package included:
Public exhibition of the draft Aerotropolis Precinct Plan, which includes the Aerotropolis Core, Badgerys Creek, Wianamatta-South Creek, Agribusiness and Northern Gateway Precincts, has now closed.
We are currently reviewing all the community and stakeholder feedback received throughout the public exhibition period, which ran from 10 November 2020-12 March 2021. Submissions will be published online by early April 2021.

Finalisation of Western Sydney Plan; Phase 1 DCP and Aerotropolis SEPP (including rezoning of initial precincts) and release of the Finalisation Report and Master Planning Guidelines
