The NSW Government is fast-tracking the rezoning of land to support the delivery of approximately 11,000 estimated new homes, including additional social and affordable homes, across Sydney’s north and south-west.
The Minns Labor Government will deliver Sydney’s first new heavy rail station in more than a decade – enabling up to 10,000 new homes by rezoning land around Woollahra and Edgecliff stations, right next to the CBD, to tackle the housing crisis and rebalance growth across the city.
A further 28 projects have been declared as State Significant Development following recommendations from the Housing Delivery Authority (HDA).
