The Rhodes Place Strategy was finalised in September 2021 and includes a list of infrastructure to help support housing and population growth in the precinct. A decision on the potential for a SIC as a funding mechanism is to be determined at a later stage.
Draft Rhodes East SIC (2017-2018 exhibition)
A draft SIC for Rhodes East was exhibited from 14 December 2017 to 16 March 2018 and we reviewed all submissions.
This draft SIC did not capture the entire Rhodes precinct in the Rhodes Place Strategy. It only looked at the eastern portion.
