This map shows Zoned Employment Land Precincts in the Central Coast Region. The precincts vary in size and are widely dispersed. There is one very large precinct at Bushell’s Ridge, and large sized precincts at Warnervale, Tuggerah and Somersby. There are medium sized precincts at Gosford, Lisarow and North of Wyong.
There are very small precincts at the southern end of Tuggerah Lake, Erina, Kincumber and Woy Woy. This map also shows Potential Future Employment Land Precincts for the Central Coast Region. The dispersal of these precincts is localised in the North of the Central Coast Region, with a number of medium sized future precincts to the East of Bushell’s Ridge surrounding Doyalson, as well as future precincts at Warnervale.
